At Eye Defender Glasses, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your blue light blocking glasses, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully to understand the process, conditions, and timeframes for product returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- All original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: In your email, include your order number, reason for the return, and photos (if applicable).
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA): If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item Back:
- Use a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the package.

- Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, incorrect, or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label, and you will not be responsible for shipping fees.
- For buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchases: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees.
4. Refund Processing & Timeframes
- Refund Approval: Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn’t been processed after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A description of the issue
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Eye Defender Glasses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost, please check with the carrier and file a claim if necessary.
8. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 hours: Orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
